This is a prepaid 30-day contract based on a bundled subscription, and there are no additional charges. After 30 days, it will automatically renew if you allow it within the app. You can cancel at any time. It includes blistering-fast LTE, 4G, and 5G connectivity in the UK.
We provide delivery via Royal Mail First Class, so any SIM orders received before 4PM on a workday will be delivered the following business day. For all orders received after 4PM, your SIM will arrive the day after. Please be aware that occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to postal disruptions. The port-in functionality is only available when you are ordering in the UK Tell through the application. You have to use your code, which will be sent with your new SIM card. Sometimes there may be a slight delay in the porting process, taking a maximum of 72 hours. Please be patient. We will maintain communication.
4G connectivity is available for both Android & iOS devices (iOS devices with v16.4 update). To experience the speed and reliability of 4G, you will need a 4G ready device and must be in a 4G coverage area.
If you are using 4G and enter an area with only a 4G, 3G, or 2G signal, your phone will automatically swap to that instead. It will switch back to 4G as soon as a 4G signal is available.
A refund is applicable only to cancellations received within the first 14 days of activation. Services that you have already used (minutes/SMS/data out of your allowance) will be charged and the remainder will be refunded.
After the first 14 days, you can cancel at any time. Post-cancellation, allowances will remain available for the remaining duration after which they will expire.
The minimum refund amount is £0.01. Any refunds below £0.01 will not be processed.

If you request a PAC code, we will provide you with one valid for 30 days. We will also communicate important information – such as your credit balance if you’re a pay-as-you-go customer. For new customers who wish to switch from the US within the last six months, we will charge a £10 fee.

Remaining allowances on the plan cannot be rolled over. Upon exhaustion of the allowance limit(s) – calls, SMS and data will be charged at standard rates.
The offer is for non-commercial, private, personal use only – UK Tell reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer or to disconnect you if we suspect that offer is being used for commercial purposes, for conferencing, or if it is not being used in a handset, if it is being used for tethering or if any reason UK Tell reasonably suspects that you are not acting in accordance with this policy where we consider that the usage was illegitimate.
UK Tell reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or the terms & conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time with reasonable notice. All our bundles have a Fair Usage Policy in place.
